How much do your services cost?

Please go to my pricing & payment page for costs in detail.  You will find that I am one of the most reasonable businesses around for the quality that you receive.  Many other companies only offer package pricing which limits your choices and costs you a bundle more for the same service.

How long does it take to make a slideshow?

In most cases I ask that you allow 10 business days from the time I receive your materials.  I realize in certain situations you may need the finished product sooner.  In this case I ask that you contact me prior to  placing your order to discuss a timeframe.  I am very willing to work with you on unique situations.  I do not charge a “rush” fee either.

Can I order more DVD copies later on?

Yes, I keep a copy of your slideshow on file.  I will allow re-orders for the same price up to 2 weeks after the original order has been processed.  After the 2 week timeframe, the price per copy will be at a 50% higher rate.

Can I add my own words to my slideshow?

Yes, you can add names, favorite sayings, quotes...the sky is the limit!  I am also able to scan original documents such as wedding invitations, birth & graduation announcements, etc.

What music can I use?

Due to copyright laws the music in your show has to be owned by you - no burned or copied discs!  If there is a song you like that you do not own, I can purchase and download it from a reputable site for $2.50 per song.  If you have specific music questions, please contact me.

Will your slideshows play on any DVD player?

I use DVD+R media for my slideshows and they will work on 99% of all DVD players manufactured after 2000. Basically, if you have a newer DVD player it will play like a normal movie.
